Victoria is a human capital professional, first as executive recruiter (2007-2016) and recently involved in family support programs with children and parents at the San Francisco Child Abuse Prevention Center.

Victoria was raised in several countries in Europe and Canada before studying Econometrics at the University of Geneva and beginning her professional life in investment banking and equity derivatives in London. After business school at Stanford she joined the Boston Consulting Group in San Francisco, Paris and Athens. In 2007 she joined the global executive recruiting firm Egon Zehnder, where she assisted multilateral organizations (UN, World Bank, WHO, IMF), foundations (Gates Foundation, Energy Foundation), non-profit organizations (The Nature Conservancy, WWF) and academic institutions (UC Berkeley, University of Michigan, Pomona College) with their Board, CEO, and C-level searches and talent needs.
