Everyone should read Robert Sapolsky’s Behave: The Biology of Humans at our Best and Worst (2017), but not everyone will. Which is why I created this illustrated short version.
It is based on a talk given at a middle school, with teenagers in mind, although I too have found them useful in understanding and remembering complex information (particularly in telling hippocampus and hypothalamus apart.)
